 Our Commercial Cookery courses are designed for students who

 

 

CERTIFICATE III IN COMMERCIAL COOKERY
INTAKE:Jan - Mar - April - June - July - Sep - Oct - Dec
DURATION:From 1 to 2 years
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

Each Provider has their own requirements. The most common requirements are:

- English Proficiency of IELTS 5.5 or Upper-intermediate. 

- Minimum age usually 18 years.

LEARNING OUTCOMES: This course will provide to students basic skills to start a career in the Commercial Cookery industry. 

 

 

 

CERTIFICATE IV IN COMMERCIAL COOKERY
INTAKE:Jan - Mar - April - June - July - Sep - Oct - Dec
DURATION:From 1 to 2 years
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

LEARNING OUTCOMES:This course provide to the students a pathway to work in restaurants, hotels, pubs, cafes, coffee shops and clubs, or to run a small business in these sectors.
